Overview
Quotewright is a concept operations dashboard for a field-service company. It replaces spreadsheets and email threads with one place for jobs, quotes, invoices and the numbers that matter, updated live.
The challenge
Service businesses run on scattered tools: quotes in documents, jobs in chat threads, invoices in accounting software. The concept had to pull the whole workflow into one place without forcing the team to change how they work overnight.
Our approach
We mapped the real journey from enquiry to paid invoice, then designed one screen per stage with the same records flowing through. Status changes update everywhere, and the reporting view reads the same data the team works on.
