Privacy policy

When you send us an enquiry through the contact form or by email, we collect the details you choose to share: your name, work email, company, website, budget, timeline and project details. We use this only to reply to you and prepare a proposal.

If analytics are enabled on this site, they are cookieless and privacy-friendly (Cloudflare Web Analytics). No advertising trackers, no cross-site tracking, no sale of data.

We use your details to respond to your enquiry, hold a discovery call, prepare a proposal and, if we work together, deliver the project. We do not use your details for marketing you did not ask for.

Enquiry details are kept for as long as the conversation is active and for a reasonable period afterwards in case you return. If we work together, project records are kept for the life of the engagement and as required for accounting. You can ask us to delete your details at any time.

Contact form submissions are delivered through our form provider (Web3Forms). Hosting and cookieless analytics, when enabled, are provided by Cloudflare. These services process data only to deliver their function.

You can request a copy of the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Depending on where you live (including the EU, UK and Australia), you may have additional rights under local law, and we will honour them.
